Shipping & Purchasing:

Your order is processed and sent from our Melbourne warehouse. The Delivery charge is $15.00 Australia wide on all orders. Free shipping for orders over $70.00

If customer request to leave order at address if no one is there to receive, Cover and Protect holds no liability in the case of theft.

Delivery Times:

We aim to process your order 24-48 hours after receiving your order. Delivery should only take approximately 5 to 10 business days depending upon your location. Western Australian, Country areas and top end customers should allow approximately 8-14 days for delivery. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, this will provide you with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. If your order is not received within these time frames please contact us.

Couriers:

We use a number of couriers which include: Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, Aramex, Toll, TNT. Courier is chosen by size of order and availability of courier.

Unfortunately any delays by the couriers are outside our control and we can’t compensate for this. Each order has a tracking number, so contact us and we can give you an ETA on your delivery.

Australia Post will deliver your order to your address. If unattended they should leave a notification card and you can pick up from the noted post office. It will be held there for about 10 days before it is returned to sender. Couriers will leave a contact number , you will have to call them to reorganise a time for delivery.

Payments:

We use Stripe Payments to process your orders,  One of the most popular payment methods around the world. Its the safest way to pay online. 

We also have   payment own it from $10/wk. With Stripe Payments, you can make payments quickly, easily and more securely .Your bank, credit card and personal details are never shared. Stripe helps prevent fraud and offers protection against unauthorised transactions.

Cover and Protect returns, replacements & Warranty:

Please choose your products and sizes carefully. Under the health act for hygiene we cannot exchange or replace incorrectly ordered protectors where packages have been opened. We can only replace protectors which have manufacture faults. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible At sales@coverandprotect.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. When you attain proof-of-purchase, original dated receipt, you are entitled to one replacement, or refund, for a major failure or manufacture faults and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and failure does not amount to major failure. 

Manufacturers warranties apply only to Terms and conditions detailed on their products inserts.

The guarantee does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or negligence, including damage caused by incorrectly washing/drying at high temperatures.
• Stains on the mattress protector – Protectors are designed to absorb stains and keep the mattress sleeping surface free from stains. Most stains on the protector should readily wash out when the wash and care instructions are followed (see the sew-in label attached to mattress protector). However, a stain on the mattress protector is not deemed a fault.
• Damage to the sides of the mattress, the foundation, base, carpet, bed frame, bedding or other associated items. This warranty applies to protectors and mattresses supplied in fulfillment of this Warranty only for the balance of the warranty period from the Date of Purchase of the original Products.
• Damage caused by corrosive type liquids such as inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes and solvent liquids.
• Normal wear and tear, normal soiling from everyday use, odours.
• Damage from cigarettes and other hot or foreign objects.
• Damage by pets or other animals or insects.
• Damage from sharp objects when opening the protector , stretching or ripping.
• Never open the protector package with a knife or scissors.
• Stains or damage caused by incidents that the protector could not have been reasonably expected to protect against, including: natural disaster, fire, fire damage, damage caused in the commission of a crime, burst pipes, etc.
• Stains or damage to the mattress not resulting from the failure of the protector.
• Stains or damage that result from using a protector when it is known to be damaged or defective.
• Stains or damage that occur while the mattress is in transit, being relocated (including within your home) or being turned.
• Stains or damage to a mattress that has been exposed directly or indirectly to the elements (sun, rain, etc.)
• Stains or damage to protectors or mattresses used for rental or commercial purposes. The protector and mattress warranties only apply to protectors and/or mattresses that you have purchased for personal, domestic or household use. Protectors used for rental or commercial purposes come with a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
• Pillows, cots and quilts.
• Unidentifiable or unexplainable stains or damage.

For an unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

VACUMI Vacuum Cleaner has a 12 month warranty, you must have your original receipt as proof of purchase date. We will only exchange the VACUMI if your item is defective or damaged when received or other parts are defective within the 12 months.

Protect-A-Bed Mattress Protector & Clean Mattress Guarantee

At selected mattress retailers, if you purchase a Protect-A-Bed® mattress protector, together with a new mattress, and both items are shown on the same sales receipt, we guarantee the mattress sleep surface against staining.

This is provided that the mattress was covered by the protector at the time the staining occurred, and that the mattress and Protector were only used for household use for the period of the warranty.

This 3 Year Mattress Protector and Clean Mattress Guarantee applies to the following Protect-A-Bed® Mattress & Pillow Protectors: 

• OPOSSUM® Smooth Fitted Mattress Protectors
• OPOSSUM® Cotton Terry & quilted Mattress Protectors
• OPOSSUM® pillow  Protectors

The  guarantee periods will be stated on all product packaging.

Warranty and Guarantee periods start from the original date of purchase.

If our product is on the mattress and it stains:

• We will arrange for the mattress to be professionally cleaned, and sanitized, by our preferred service provider. This offer is valid for one cleaning application only.
• We will also provide you with a new mattress protector of the same type.

    for latex or foam mattresses, as it is not recommended that they be cleaned. This is as any steam or water will be absorbed into the mattress. In this situation, only a sanitizing process will be undertaken.

• Protectors are designed to keep the mattress sleep surface free from stains. Stains on the Protector should easily wash out, when the wash and care instructions are followed.
• Protect.A.Bed-Sleep Corp, provides the original purchaser a guarantee against faulty workmanship. The guarantee period for your product is stated on the product packaging. The guarantee periods start from the original date of purchase, if during this period a product defect caused by faulty workmanship or materials appears, Protect.A.Bed-Sleep Corp will repair or replace your product within a reasonable time after receiving your valid guarantee claim.

How to make a claim

To register a claim you must:

1. Contact Sleep Corp Australia Pty Ltd on 1300 857 123 or (03) 9544 0723 within three (3) days of the incident.
2. The operator will require information as to the cause of the stain, and may require the mattress protector and documentation be returned to the store representative for inspection and validation. (The original receipt for protector and/or mattress must be attained, and provided, to validate your guarantee.
3. Sleep Corp Australia Pty Ltd will arrange for the mattress to be cleaned by a cleaning professional of their choice, at no cost to you.
4. The guarantee ceases immediately if the protector has not been used to protect the mattress.

To the extent permitted by law, these guarantees replace all other guarantees expressed or implied. Sleep Corp Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage of any kind. This guarantee is exclusively provided by Sleep Corp Australia Pty Ltd on behalf of it’s distributors.
